What ingredients do you use in your cookies?
We use high-quality ingredients, including real butter, free-range eggs, premium chocolate, and natural flavourings. Each cookie flavour has its own unique ingredients, which you can check on our product pages.
How should I store my cookies?
For the best taste and texture, store your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months and reheat in the oven for a fresh-baked taste!

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the UK. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day, and use tracked Express Next Day Delivery.
How are the cookies packaged?
Each cookie is individually wrapped to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit. We also include temperature-controlled ice packs to ensure your cookies stay fresh and delicious upon arrival.
What if my cookies arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll sort it out for you.
